Training Plan
Joining the MA family, we assist young talents in their adaptive development through a
four-stage training plan, providing a platform for learning from the Chairman and senior
executives. This includes participation in executive meetings, joining projects, gaining
insights into cross-departmental decision-making, and understanding the core of company
